Two years. One rebrand. Mission complete.
Two years of managing an incredible team, producing work I’m genuinely proud of, from podcasts to teasers, white papers, annual reports and newsletters. Two years of telling stories that mattered, and meeting some of the most remarkable people along the way.
In one month, I close this chapter, and I won’t pretend the ending feels the way I expected. There’s no dramatic finale. Just a quiet sense of: it’s done. And done well.
That’s enough.
You expect relief. Sometimes you get it. But often there’s just… quiet. A vague “now what?” hanging in the air.
The transition …
The next thing won’t be obvious right away. You might sit with the uncertainty for a while. That’s okay. Rushing into the next chapter just to avoid the pause is how people end up in the wrong chapter.
You finished something. That means you know how to finish things. That skill travels with you.
Take the lesson. Start when you’re ready, not when you’re anxious.
The next adventure doesn’t need you to be perfect. It just needs you to show up.
